When I visited the doctors I was tired all the time, I had anxiety, unexplained weight gain and pimples like a teenager, I kept needing to pee, I was catching every little cold and my hair was falling out.

After having some blood tests done, I was told ‘your blood work is fantastic, I really wish my readings were as good as yours’.  And then I was ushered out the door.

Knowing what I know now, I can see that I had exhausted adrenals, unbalanced blood sugar level and I’m guessing my thyroid was probably functioning below par too.


I was probably in the very early stages of perimenopause.

I knew that I didn’t want to end up on any medications and that if I worked with my body and healed from within, I could feel like myself again.

I qualified as a homeopath and nutrition coach with a hormone specialism.  With my newfound knowledge, I started to manage and heal my symptoms.  Understanding how powerful this is, I knew I wanted to share it with others.  This led me to qualify as a Women’s Health Coach through the prestigious Integrative Women’s Health Institute and create this programme.

Since sharing Your Empowered Menopause Programme, I have fine-tuned and integrated the best of energetic medicines and evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine to reduce and eliminate the symptoms of the menopause and help change the lives of numerous women.

I have XYZ condition, is this programme suitable for me?

I treat the whole person and any pre-existing conditions would be very carefully considered and the programme would be tailored to your needs.  However, if in any doubt, please refer to your primary carer for advice.

I am taking XTZ medication, is this programme suitable for me?

Yes, homeopathy can safely be taken alongside conventional medication and all nutritional recommendations would be made with your meds in mind.  However, if in any doubt, please refer to your primary carer for advice.

How much 1:1 time is included in the programme?

The programme consists of:

1 x 90-minute appointment

7 x 1-hour appointments

1 x 30 minute appointment

Appointments are held fortnightly on Zoom.

How much time do I need to dedicate to this programme each week?

That is entirely up to you.  Each week there are resources in the Empowered Menopause Method to consume.  The longest video is 23 minutes.

Are the remedies and herbal tinctures included in the cost?

Yes, they are.  The only things not included in the cost are any recommended supplements and any testing that you may wish to undertake.

I have taken other courses, I know about nutrition/exercise/selfcare, why should I take this programme?

This programme is personalised to you and your needs.  It is not a cookie cutter approach or a one size fits all.  And I am going to teach you how to create consistent habits so this should be the last programme you need.

What if this programme doesn’t work for me?

I am so confident that this programme will work for you, that if it doesn’t and you have consistently shown up and done the work, then I will refund you or offer you the option to repeat the programme.  The choice is yours.
